How to Book
|
1. When you have chosen a property and checked its availability please complete the booking form on this web site with the following information:
- Name of Villa.
- Your family name and number of people travelling.
- Any special requests or questions.
2. Please confirm your method of payment and when you are satisfied that all the information is complete press the ‘Book Now’ icon. If some required information is missing an error message will appear asking you to fill in any missing information. We will then ask you to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions that pertain to the booking. Once you have clicked the box to confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions the booking is made and the dates are reserved for you. If you have chosen to pay by credit card a separate window will now open and take you through the credit card payment system which is provided by Pay Pal.
3. All payments by credit card confirm your booking immediately. Other methods of payment reserve the accommodation for 7 days only. If payment is not received either by cheque or by bank transfer within the 7 days the property will show as ‘available’ on the web site and may be booked by another renter.
4. Once we have received your completed Booking Form we will send you a written confirmation of booking by e mail and by post.
5. The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For late bookings the final payment deadline may be shortened. A security deposit is required for each property and is payable with the balance of the rent.
6. Shortly before your arrival date we will send you a map and directions of how to reach the property. Prior to your departure on holiday, we ask you to let us know your approximate time of arrival so that we can ensure we are at the property to meet you.
